All of the GoWP WordPress developers go through a rigorous process to make sure they meet the standard of quality GoWP is known for. 

First, candidates complete an assessment that includes written and multiple-choice questions to assess their skills. These questions include development, custom coding, troubleshooting, third-party integrations, and much more. Our team reviews these responses and determines if the candidate advances to the next round.

The next round is a trial project. The candidate must convert a PSD file to a fully functioning and responsive website. 

If the candidate is successful, they move onto the third and final phase, a video interview. This call is used to verify that the candidate is qualified and meets the GoWP standards. 

If the candidate successfully meets our standards in all three phases, they’re invited to join the team!

The GoWP WordPress developers can work on your schedule.

Your dedicated developer is yours for a 4-hour block every day, Monday through Friday.

When we match you with your dev, we’ll ask what your preferred time block is for your timezone and we’ll find a developer who can match that.

Each developer goes through a rigorous vetting process to make sure their technical skills are up to snuff. But we do not assess their creative design skills. This is something that can be assessed by the agency.

If you’d like to implement your own time tracking process on your side, no problem! Just make sure there is a process in place and that your developer knows what is expected of them.
